ToCollegeUSA is committed to our students' success. The following steps are how we determine who will be considered.
Apply for Admission - Complete the online application form
Submit all requested documents
Be at least 15 years old
Send the official high school transcripts in English
One page essay describing academic aspiration
Medical clearance to stay in the United States for four months
2 letters of recommendation from teachers
Pay the USD$150 Application fee
Have a passport from the country of citizenship and an F-1 student visa
4. Arrive in the U.S. and check-in to your ToCollegeUSA residence hall
5. Complete the Intensive English Program (IEP) with emphasis on
college-level reading and writing skills at Valencia College 9 am-1 pm
6. Complete the "College Life in the USA" program 3 pm -6 pm
7. Participate in all scheduled activities - Monday-Sunday
We partner with Valencia College to offer admission to students that successfully complete a 6B or 8B level in the Intensive English Program (IEP) with a 3.0, or "B" Grade Point Average or better. An interdisciplinary team of teachers, tutors, academic advisors, and dedicated professionals deliver proven instructional strategies that foster motivation, competence, and self-directed learning.
Once admitted to Valencia College, students are guaranteed admission to one of a dozen universities in Florida upon the successful completion of an associate's degree, and no GPA requirement, or further restrictions on their academic destiny as they can transfer to any university thereafter.
